Level 7 Leaders in Education MBA

We’re pleased to share a powerful new opportunity for current and aspiring senior leaders within the Harris Federation and our wider network of schools to gain a Senior Leader Apprenticeship (MBA) professional degree before the defunding of the Level 7 apprenticeships for over 22s in January 2026!

The Leaders in Education MBA apprenticeship program is an exciting work-based route towards developing professionally competent senior managers and leaders. The apprenticeship will give the fundamental management knowledge, meaning a holistic view of business across areas like marketing, finance, and accounting, all while developing those vital soft skills and leadership skills.

The Harris Federation and Hult International Business School have partnered to develop a bespoke educational sector professional program. The apprentices will be taught via a work-integrated blended learning approach which will comprise work-based learning that consist of on-the-job development and application of skills, knowledge and professional behaviours. 

Regular on-site sessions will be held at the prestigious Ashridge House in Hertfordshire, taking place in school holiday periods to minimise impact on your role. 

This closed cohort will be exclusive to our staff and tailored to the challenges and opportunities within education.

Some additional costs apply but the majority of the programme is covered by the apprenticeship levy which presents a fantastic opportunity to make the most of this last funding window for level 7 apprenticeships.

We have extended the applications deadline to Monday 29th September! Apply before the government ceases funding for Level 7 apprenticeships, effective 31 December 2025.
