Maternity Teacher Paternity Teacher Project
We are delighted to be supporting The UK’s charity for parent-teachers. The MTPT Project’s Cradle to Classroom programme is designed to specifically address the challenges faced by colleagues at different stages of their parenting journeys. The coaching and workshops are positive, empowering and offer participants the tools to fully enjoy both their personal and professional lives. 
- Support and entitlements for pregnant and expectant staff.
- Networking, coaching and professional development during parental leave.
- Return to work workshops and coaching support.
- Family and life-friendly schools.
- Making teaching a sustainable career choice.
This year, we have provided fully-funded access to all Harris Academies and our three Teaching School Hub schools in Essex and London to their programmes:
