The Middle Leaders Certificate in Education is a nationally recognised development programme designed for aspiring and current middle leaders who want to deepen their impact, sharpen their leadership skills, and drive subject-specific excellence within their schools.

Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the programme, you must:
- Be a leader within your organisation either recently appointed or just stepping into the role
- Have lived in the UK/EEA for the past 3 years and work mainly in England
- Be employed in a school and have the support of your Principal
- Hold an employment contract covering the full programme (17 months)
